Job Description | Presentation Designer Location: Hyderabad BU: BX CoE Reports To: BX CoE Head Experience level: Entry mid level Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Presentation Designer who can transform complex scientific, technical and business language and data into compelling, easy to understand and visually striking presentations that align with our brand. The ideal candidate has a strong storytelling ability, a keen eye for design, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times. Additionally, the role may involve designing other digital assets as needed. Key Responsibilities: Develop powerful narratives that simplify and convey complex IT and healthcare concepts. Design high-quality, visually engaging presentations that align with brand guidelines. Ensure consistency, clarity, and professionalism in all presentation materials. Work on tight deadlines, delivering quick and accurate turnarounds without compromising quality. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including IT, leadership teams, and product teams, to refine messaging and visuals. Develop and maintain a library of templates and design assets for efficiency and brand consistency. Adapt presentations for different formats, including executive leadership briefings, product team meetings, and pitch talks. Support the design of other digital assets, such as infographics, reports, website elements, and promotional materials, as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in designing high-impact presentations, preferably in IT, pharma, or healthcare industries. Strong storytelling, content structuring, and business requirement translation skills to create compelling narratives. Expertise in PowerPoint and other presentation tools. Proficiency in Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other design tools. Strong understanding of branding principles and corporate identity. Ability to work under tight deadlines with a high level of attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in pharma, IT, or healthcare industries. Familiarity with UI/UX principles and digital design trends.
