Job Description

Preschool / Early Years Facilitator

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
that foster the holistic development of preschool and early years children.
Create a
safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
where every child feels valued and encouraged to explore.
Observe and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and individual needs.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring open communication about development and daily activities.
Utilize
best educational practices and the latest technological tools
to enhance the learning journey.
Participate actively in
continuous professional development
to stay abreast of advancements in early childhood education.
