Job Summary:

We are looking for a warm, caring, and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a nurturing personality to foster a positive and engaging learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Create a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment
• Use storytelling, songs, play-based learning, and creative arts to engage children
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding child development and progress
• Observe and assess children’s performance and behavior, and maintain records accordingly
• Promote positive behavior and ensure emotional well-being of each child
• Assist in organizing school events, celebrations, and parent-teacher meetings
• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a secure environment

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any stream (mandatory)
• ECCEd / B.Ed / Montessori training certification (preferred)
• 0–2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, patient, and compassionate approach toward children
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Creative, energetic, and organized
