Job Purpose

High Net-Worth (HNI)

Key Responsibility Areas

HNW Portfolio Management (Acquiring, Enhancing, Deepening and Retention)

• Liaise with PB/Preferred RM to flag eligible Classic/Preferred customers
• Acquire new customers meeting product criteria
• Conduct regular customer interactions to build rapport and update profiles
• Enhance overall portfolio value/book size
• Maintain portfolio hygiene and quality
• Cross-sell bank products based on customer needs
• Conduct joint calls with supervisors as per process
• Offer advisory services in coordination with PBG
• Control customer attrition
• Achieve MTD and YTD revenue targets

Operations, Marketing & Processes

• Ensure error-free documentation for account opening and instructions
• Adhere to KYC/AML norms at all times
• Follow 5-S norms at the individual workstation

Increase in Wallet Share

• Identify and act on cross-sell opportunities to position HDFC Bank as a one-stop financial solution
• Expand sales to family members and customer network
• Ensure optimal holding of Income Generating Product Groups (IPGH)

Product Penetration & Focus Product Contribution

• Maintain optimal IPGH levels
• Enhance customer-to-group (CTG) level

Customer Service

• Deliver quality service and resolve queries/complaints within TAT
• Communicate proactively on process or regulatory changes
• Maintain regular communication on customer requests and concerns
• Promote usage of direct banking channels
• Introduce customers to RBH/BM/PSO for seamless backup
• Ensure smooth portfolio handovers/takeovers

Educational Qualifications

• Graduation
• Post-Graduation

• AMFI Certification
• IRDA Certification
• NCFM Certification (Optional)
