Job Title: Pre-Kindergarten Teacher (Fresher) Department: Early Childhood Education Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Experience: Fresher (0–1 year) Qualification: Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) – Mandatory --- Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and caring freshers to join our pre-kindergarten team in HSR Layout. The ideal candidate must have completed NTT and should be passionate about nurturing young children in a safe, playful, and engaging environment. --- Key Responsibilities: Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities. Facilitate learning through play, storytelling, art, music, and basic academics. Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment. Monitor each child’s progress and provide individual attention as needed. Support social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children. Communicate effectively with parents and provide regular feedback. Follow school policies and maintain required records and reports. Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions. --- Requirements: Mandatory Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) certification. Freshers only (0–1 year of teaching experience). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Warm, patient, and energetic personality. Passionate about working with young children.
