Pre-Primary Teacher

As a Pre-Primary Teacher , you will play a crucial role in laying the foundation for lifelong learning in children aged 4 to 6 years. You will be responsible for nurturing their cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development through a structured yet playful and engaging classroom environment. Your approach should be child-centered, inclusive, and aligned with modern early childhood education practices such as Montessori and activity-based learning. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in any stream (compulsory) - Montessori training (preferred) - B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. (acceptable) - Minimum 5 years of relevant teaching experience in a pre-primary or early childhood setting Responsibilities: - Plan and conduct age-appropriate, creative lessons focused on holistic development. - Create a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration. - Observe and document student progress, and customize support to individual learning needs. - Maintain classroom routines and manage behavior with patience and positivity. - Foster strong relationships with students and maintain open communication with parents. - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to coordinate school activities and events. - Participate actively in school meetings, workshops, and professional development initiatives. Key Skills and Competencies: - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. - Patience, empathy, and a child-friendly approach to teaching. - Classroom management and lesson planning expertise. - Creativity in activities such as art & craft, music, and storytelling. - Experience in pre-primary or Montessori-style classrooms. - Familiarity with digital tools used in early education. - Team spirit and a proactive attitude toward school initiatives. Remuneration: Up to ₹23,000 per month (CTC) – commensurate with qualifications and experience.
