Job Summary

Pre-Primary Teacher

Key Responsibilities

• Classroom Management

  : Maintain a safe, engaging, and well-organized learning environment for young children.

• Lesson Planning

  : Create and deliver play-based and developmentally appropriate lesson plans in alignment with the early childhood curriculum.

• Child Development

  : Monitor, assess, and support the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of each child, tailoring approaches to individual needs.

• Parent Communication

  : Maintain open communication with parents through regular updates, progress reports, and parent-teacher meetings.

• Activity Organization

  : Organize and conduct creative activities such as arts and crafts, storytelling, music, and outdoor play to enhance children's learning and creativity.

• Collaboration

  : Work closely with teaching assistants and participate in teacher training sessions, school events, and extracurricular activities to ensure a holistic learning experience for children.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A recognized

  ECCED/Montessory/D.ed/NTT

  certification or diploma.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and nurturing young learners.
• Ability to foster a creative and stimulating environment.
• Prior experience in pre-primary teaching is preferred.

• Only female candidates

  with age below 45 years

  are eligible for this position.
