· To fill the rates in tender & get it approved before finalization. · To prepare the revised offers after the negotiation meetings. · To Submit monthly progress reports of the Current project · Maintain register of Work Order and Purchase Order. · Maintain all legal documentations such as agreements, work orders or purchase orders etc. (i.e. after getting P.O/ doing agreement check the rates in the order as per the final negotiation meeting & as per the terms & conditions of tender (general & special, pre-qualification criteria) etc. as per our scrutiny form. · To prepare quotations of new enquiries. · Preparation of MOM, Quotations of ongoing current projects · To prepare and update rate analysis with updated basic data like material rate, labour rate, datasheet, taxes etc. · To handle day to day correspondence related to projects. . Prepare Bar Charts of Execution of Every Project & monitoring the same for actual Progress of work

Planning must be done before starting the project and accordingly mobilization resources to be arranged To study the Tender Document and item rates for a. profit margins, b. specifications, c. Billing requirement, d. Material consumption, 3. Maintain daily progress reports for material & labors through .project supervisors. 4. Prepare Monthly Progress Report and give the same in office for further action. 5. Take photographs of badly damaged structures before proceeding of work. 6. To do follow up for pending decisions from clients and provide necessary information to office for preparation of correspondence to client. 7. If Billing Engineer is not available and the measurement of one particular activity must be taken for proceeding activities then take measurement himself without waiting for billing Engineer so that work should not be hampered. 8. Maintain daily progress reports for material & labors through .project supervisors.
