Operate and monitor chiller plant equipment, including chillers, cooling towers, pumps, valves, and control systems. Ensure proper start-up, shut-down, and switching of chiller units as per load demands. Record and analyze operating data (e.g., pressures, temperatures, and run hours). Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of chiller system faults. Respond to alarms and abnormal conditions and take corrective action as required. Maintain daily logs, checklists, and reports of equipment performance. Communicate with the maintenance team for preventive or corrective maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with energy-saving practices and safety standards. Support in the BMS (Building Management System) operation if integrated.
