Job Summary: Pranava tech Solutions is looking for a results-oriented and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our online marketing efforts across key digital channels.The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, creating content, customer acquisition, and engagement through data-driven initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to support business objectives. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email, social media. Create and manage lead generation funnels across all online platforms. Create and schedule social media content, manage community engagement, and analyze performance to grow brand presence and engagement. Design and execute email campaigns and workflows using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign to nurture leads and drive conversions. We are looking for Service Engineer who is passionate about technology and eager to work hands-on with cutting-edge Audio-Visual systems . The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining AV equipment at various client sites. Key Responsibilities Install and configure AV systems: projectors, speakers, amplifiers, displays, automation and control units (Crestron, Extron, etc.). Conduct routine maintenance, diagnostics, and service visits. Perform site surveys, testing, and commissioning. Read and interpret wiring diagrams, layout drawings, and AV schematics. Train clients on using the installed systems effectively. Maintain accurate service documentation and reports. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Travel to client locations as required and support emergency service calls. Required Skills Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related technical field. 1-3 years of relevant experience in AV or electronics servicing. Good understanding of cabling, connectors, wiring standards, and AV tools. Basic IP/networking knowledge is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage time across service calls. Strong communication and customer interaction skills. Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory) Experience with automation/control systems (Crestron, AMX, RTI). Knowledge of AV over IP setups or enterprise-level display systems.

The role involves coordinating with the sales team, handling client communication, preparing quotations, managing follow-ups, and ensuring smooth order processing. The role includes both B2B and B2C sales. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support & Coordination: Assist front-end sales team with proposal generation, quotations, and order processing for both B2B and B2C clients. Maintain and update leads, opportunities, client interactions, and project status. Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone/email and coordinate client communication. Cold calling to the customers and channel partners. Prepare and assist in making quotations and follow ups. Client Handling & Follow-ups: Coordinate with business clients for clarifications, document submissions (e.g., tenders, vendor registration), and technical requirements. Assist B2C customers by guiding them through purchase decisions, pricing, and customization queries. Track follow-ups for order confirmation, payments, and post-sales support. Order & Project Execution: Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, technical, logistics) to ensure timely processing of confirmed orders. Support invoicing, stock updates, and documentation related to payments and dispatches. Generate sales reports and assist in tracking monthly targets and conversion rates. Follow up on pending payments, delivery timelines, and service commitments.
