Responsibilities: Installation & Commissioning: Install, configure, and test new equipment at customer sites. Ensure proper installation and commissioning of equipment according to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices. Conduct thorough performance testing and system validation. Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks, including inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments. Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules. Analyze equipment data to identify potential issues proactively. Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and breakdowns effectively. Identify root causes of problems using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques. Perform necessary repairs and replacements in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain accurate records of all service activities. Customer Service & Support: Provide excellent customer service by building strong relationships with clients. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns. Provide technical guidance and support to customers over the phone, and on-site. Assist customers with equipment operation and troubleshooting. Technical Documentation: Maintain detailed service records, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and customer interaction records. Prepare comprehensive service reports for each visit. Contribute to the development and improvement of service procedures and documentation.
