Job Summary

Practicing Chartered Accountant (with valid COP)

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the nature and purpose of remittances to determine the applicability of Form 15CA/15CB.
  
• Certify

  Form 15CB

  for foreign remittances as per tax and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and banks to ensure timely and accurate filing of

  Form 15CA

  on the income tax portal.
• Provide expert advisory on

  TDS applicability

  ,

  withholding tax

  , and

  compliance under FEMA and RBI

  .
• Maintain detailed documentation and audit trails for all remittance transactions.
  
• Stay abreast of latest amendments, notifications, and circulars related to international taxation and foreign remittances.
  
• Guide and support junior staff or client relationship teams on technical queries.
  

Requirements

• Qualified

  Chartered Accountant

  with

  active Certificate of Practice (COP)

  .
• In-depth knowledge of

  Form 15CA/15CB process

• Familiarity with the
