Job Description

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Powder Coating Operator in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of powder coating techniques, equipment, and materials. Experience with surface preparation, curing times, and coating thickness measurement. Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed. Set up and operate powder coating equipment, including spray guns, booths, and curing ovens. Apply powder coatings evenly and efficiently to achieve desired finishes. Monitor coating thickness and quality, making adjustments as necessary. Inspect coated parts for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
