Poultry Line Supervisor

1.Introduce new farming techniques, or processes that can enhance farm operations or integration.

2.Visit every running farms on weekly basis and observe farms performance,equipments which is necessary for smooth running of farms.

3.Manage, train, and develop staff within the branch, ensuring they meet performance standards.

4. Collect / Focus and analyze data of highly effective farm to make informed decisions on farm operations, Supervise the daily operations of the integration farm, including managing staff, ensuring poultry health, proper feeding, and meeting production targets.

5. Develop a positive work environment, and manage conflict resolution.

6.Ensure proper stock levels of supplies and manage ,feed supply, medications, and integration products.

7. Define and implement the strategic goals for the branch in alignment with company objectives and the broader poultry integration plan.

8.observe branch performance, prepare reports on key performance indicators , and make adjustments to improve results.

9.Identify potential areas for expansion or process improvements to increase production and profitability of Integration.

10.Monitor production metrics such as feed conversion , weight gain, mortality

11.Collect and analyze data related to integration performance, feed usage, and production

12. Organize the delivery of chicks, feed, and other necessary materials to the farm, maintaining appropriate timelines and inventory levels

.13.Coordinate with veterinarians to provide necessary vaccinations, treatments, and biosecurity measures to protect the flock.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
