Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and onboard new learners after purchase or enrollment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for post-sale support.
• Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams as needed.
• Monitor learner engagement and provide timely follow-ups.
• Collect feedback and suggest improvements for better user experience.
• Maintain CRM records and documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Only 2024 or 2025 passed out batch candidates are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
