Job Title: Billing & Documentation Engineer – CGS (City Gas Distribution) Experience: 2+ years in CGD/CGS projects (billing, documentation, or project coordination) Education: Diploma/BE in Mechanical/Civil Engineering Industry: Oil & Gas / City Gas Distribution (CGD) / Utilities Job Summary: The Billing & Documentation Engineer will be responsible for preparing, verifying, and managing billing, invoices, and project documentation related to CGS (City Gas Distribution) networks , including pipeline installations, meter installations, and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of CGD norms, and coordination with contractors, vendors, and clients. Key Responsibilities: Billing & Invoicing: Billing & Documentation Engineer needs to work as per work order of client. Prepare and verify contractor/vendor bills based on work completion (pipelines, meter installations, etc.). Ensure accurate billing as per contract terms, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and work orders . Track project expenditures and reconcile invoices with project progress. Documentation Management: Maintain project records, work completion certificates, and compliance documents (PNG/CNG regulatory requirements).
