Job Description

Position PMS Officer Job Responsibilities Responsible to report Senior manager on daily basis with planning, accomplishment, and pain point status Coordination with various stakeholders (Data, PMS and Development teams) for smooth data import activity Troubleshooting and diagnosing the reported PMS Import related issues Liaise with clients to understand and communicate business requirements Ability to work and prioritize and manage many open issues and tasks Ready to work in rotational shifts and willing to extend the working hours in crucial business issues Analyzing gaps between the user requirements and JiBe features and provide input to the JiBe team To test/check functional aspects of modules developed by JiBe team and produce desired report/outcome. To create software related documents. (Software feature documents, Help documents, FAQs, Workflow documents etc) as per the requirement of the team Qualifications and Skill B.Tech / B.E. with minimum 3+ years of relevant experience. Good knowledge of PMS ERP module functionality Experience in data handling of Marine Industry Good English Writing skills with grip on non-verbal (email) communication Excellent typing skills Problem solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Self-motivated, independent, and meticulous with an eye for detail. Shipping industry knowledge will be preferred Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution. Ability to work well as a team player Strong customer focus Additional Qualification Advanced Excel skills include processing spreadsheet data with complex calculations, pivot tables, and charts. Having a strong command of MS Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP, Conditional formatting, Macros. Analytical skills with knowledge of data visualization techniques
