-Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and best practices across all high-rise residential projects.
- SPOC to all stake holders
- Detailed planning and scheduling of construction activities.
- Weekly tracking and reorganization of activities/resources.
- Daily site visits to check progress and alignment with the project schedule.
- Monthly tracking of Baseline Master Schedule with delay analysis and risk assessment.
- Establishing a robust communication system for uninterrupted information flow.
- Preparing periodic meeting schedules and managing stakeholder communications
