Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PL/SQL Developer with over 4 years of hands-on expertise in Oracle database development. The ideal candidate will be proficient in writing efficient and complex PL/SQL code, handling large volumes of data, and optimizing database performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance data solutions that meet business and reporting needs

Location :  Guindy, Chennai

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop, test, and maintain efficient PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers to support business applications and data workflows.

 • Design and implement robust database structures including tables, views, indexes, and materialized views.

 • Analyze business and technical requirements and convert them into optimized database solutions.

 • Optimize SQL and PL/SQL code for performance, scalability, and maintainability. 

• Support data migration, transformation, and integration processes as part of ETL activities.

 • Perform impact analysis and debugging of existing code to troubleshoot production issues.

 • Create and maintain technical documentation for database objects and processes. 

• Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards. 

Required Technical Skills: 

• Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, cursors, collections, and exception handling.

 • Solid understanding of relational database design and RDBMS concepts.

 • Experience with performance tuning, indexing strategies, and query optimization.

 • Hands-on experience with Oracle tools such as SQL Developer, Toad, or equivalent IDEs. 

• Should be strong in sql queries and dealing with complex Sql Queries. 
• Experience with dynamic SQL, ref cursors, bulk collect, and FORALL operations.
