Plant Supervisor

You are being sought after to take on the role of Plant Supervisor for our client situated in Lalru. Your main responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of a manufacturing facility, ensuring that the processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Your role will involve managing teams, monitoring equipment, enforcing safety protocols, and meeting production goals effectively. Your key responsibilities will include creating and supervising an employee training schedule that focuses on productivity and resource conservation. You will be required to evaluate each station of the manufacturing process to guarantee maximum efficiency. Enforcing safety policies and procedures, whether in-house or regulatory, will be crucial to minimize the potential for employee injuries. You will also take charge of the manufacturing and shipping processes within the plant and inspect products before shipment to ensure accurate labeling and record-keeping. Maintaining open lines of communication between employees, management, and executives is vital. Furthermore, you will need to ensure that all resources and assets are utilized efficiently and appropriately. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift and a fixed schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role. The work location is in Dera Bassi, Punjab, and requires in-person attendance.
