Crushing Plant Operations
We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee operations at our Crushing Plant. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in the repair and maintenance of crushing equipment such as Jaw Crushers, Cone Crushers, VSI, VSG, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preventive maintenance program alongside the O&M team to ensure maximum plant uptime and productivity
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently to prevent recurrence and minimize breakdowns
- Guide and manage plant workforce to consistently meet operational targets
- Focus on cost-effective maintenance practices to optimize performance
Candidate Profile: - Qualification: Open to any educational background
- Experience: Minimum 510 years in relevant roles. Excellent knowledge of crushing equipment and practical troubleshooting skills
- Proven ability to reduce repetitive maintenance through first-time-right solutions
