Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Description

Education: BE (Mech), preferably MTech. Experience 4 to 12 yrs of experience in Mechanical Design in the following field: Bulk material conveyor Heavy machines used in infrastructure material / metal processing industry. Design experience in crushing, screening and mineral/ metal processing industry equipments Preferences - Having good communication and presentation skills - Good knowledge on Mechanical design - Ability to do calculations / hand calculations/analysis - Good knowledge on different manufacturing processes - Good knowledge on materials & heat treatment - Knowledge on equipment used in infrastructure material processing industry - Good exposure to utilize the complete utility of different software tools used in drafting like Autodesk Inventor, solid works, Tekla, Staad analysis, utilizing Ansys etc. - Experience in converting scanned images to 3D CAD model A person with a passion for innovative thinking would be an asset.
