Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Administer first aid and emergency treatment to employees.
Conduct regular medical examinations for workers.
Implement and supervise preventive health programs.
Maintain medical records and ensure confidentiality.
Collaborate with safety officers to develop health and safety policies.
Educate employees on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Oversee workplace sanitation and hygiene standards.
Manage the medical facility within the factory premises.

Qualifications

MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
Valid medical license to practice.
Experience in occupational health is preferred.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in a factory setting.
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle emergencies efficiently.
