Plant Maintenance (Exe/Sr. Exe/AM)

As a Maintenance Engineer at our PAN INDIA locations, your core responsibilities will include improving productivity and ensuring optimal utilization of resources while maintaining a safe working environment. You will be tasked with reducing downtime, enhancing machining health for increased uptime, and monitoring process safety, quality, and efficiency to minimize variations and implement better control methods. Daily monitoring of plan versus actual results will be essential, with a focus on identifying areas for improvement through Why-Why analysis of breakdowns. You will also be responsible for generating MPR of Spares in SAP, overseeing preventive maintenance, and maintaining critical spares inventory. Measuring and improving customer satisfaction levels, updating documents as per the set frequency, ensuring PPE compliance on the shop floor, and capturing near miss incidents for necessary actions will be part of your routine tasks. Maintaining maintenance costs within budget and executing TPM, 5'S, Safety, and Kaizen activities in the assigned zone will be crucial for success in this role. The qualifications required for this position include a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. Functional competencies that will be valuable in this role include a strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic Maintenance, effective resource utilization, and cost control.
