We are looking for a Plant Head for our Steel Structure Fabrication Unit with a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and 5 7 years of relevant industry experience . The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in preparing Bill of Materials (BOM), interpreting structural drawings, and managing end-to-end fabrication operations. They will be responsible for ensuring that production is completed within the given time and weight specifications, while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Strong leadership, technical, and planning skills are essential for this role.
