We currently have an opening for a Plant HEAD (Production) position.

Proven experience to lead and optimize manufacturing operations, manage large-scale projects, enhance productivity and handling the complete operations & maintenance (predictive/preventive/breakdown) of process equipments including utilities entailing planning, resource utilization, maintenance & Spare parts/Manpower management.

1. Be a knowledgeable or responsible to Set the Mill independently and Run the Mill in Effective Manner.

2. Planning for full utilization of plant and machinery to control any delay and wastage.

3. Raw Material planning & control and procurements as per market needs within time.

4. Man Power Development &Training for Planning & Inventory management, and various Cost Saving Projects. Planning for dispatch as per marketing / Sales department for on-time delivery of pipes.

5. Co-Ordinating among all departments for production, maintenance, spares availability, lorry availability, stock assessment, Inventory management, workshops for tool and tackles availability in time, crane and other materials handling equipment for controlling the flow process of organization avoiding delays.

6. Meeting with sales, marketing, and quality departments for raw material ordering, freezing the orders, and Quality achievements.

7. Overseeing project planning, execution, and management to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.

8. Assist with setup, verification and coordinate with safety inspection.

9. Ensure the plant fully complies with industry standards and government regulations related to safety, environmental impact, and labor laws.

10. Planning and Execution shut down of Plant, breakdowns maintenance, Plan & indent for essential spares, preparing all records & documentation, Routine maintenance of all utilities, Enforcing discipline in the department

11. Should have the knowledge of EHS & OHSAS (environmental health & safety as well as occupational hazard norms)
