Planning Engineer - Pump Industry

Responsible for activities related to Production planning & control, preparation of Rollover Plan/Monthly Plan/ Weekly Plan & monitor day-to-day work progress for these plans and provide accurate analysis. Responsible for customer order execution upto on-time delivery. Role & responsibilities Production Planning & Control: • Preparation of Order Acceptance against customer Purchase Order and submit it to Customer. • Prepare & monitoring customer purchase order status for timely order execution related to machined parts. • Purchase Requisition in System as per raw material requirement and availability. • Maintaining of Drawing Master Register & Control to issue drawings. • Circulate Revised drawings received from customers to all respective dept. • Timely update process sheet register as per material receipt. • Issue of respective drawings with process sheet for raw material receipt for inspection. Preparation of Roll-over Production Plan/ Monthly Production Plan (MPP)/ Weekly Production Plan (WPP). Monitoring dispatches in co-ordination with all concern departments including Production & Quality Dept. Monitoring Shop Floor activities by conducting daily review meeting with Purchase, Production & Quality Dept. Monitoring old stock of Casting/Forging/Bar/Plate/BO material to check against new orders and allocate it for dispatch. Preparation of Dispatch Intimation & Sales Pick List. Maintaining data related to Monthly MIS Reports for Department. Preparation of ISO Quality Objective documents. Closed monitoring for smoothly dispatch of Pump, Spare & Service orders. To learn & Implements process of Q1 System Handling Customer Inquiry: Prepare Prod. & QA inputs for offer preparation sheet against customer inquiries and circulate to all concern dept. Maintain the enquiry register against customer inquiries. Prepare Feasibility & PDPP Report against customer RFQ & respective PO. Knowledge & abilities to handle Practices in Production & Planning Dept. Knowledge & abilities to handle ISO System for Production & Planning Dept. Preferred candidate profile • Expertise in MS Office • Strong documentation, leadership, communication, co-ordination & Interpersonal skills • Problem Solving • Quick learner
