As an Associate in Ad Operations for Performance Marketing, you will play a critical role in executing, optimizing, and analyzing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team, customer success team, performance team, data analysts and other stakeholders to ensure that our ad campaigns are effectively driving traffic, conversions, and achieving overall business goals. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: • Set up, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant channels. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, to ensure campaigns are meeting or exceeding objectives. • Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad creatives that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines. Data Analysis & Reporting: • Perform in-depth analysis of campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. • Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for improving campaign performance and ROI. Optimization & Testing: • Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages to optimize performance. • Explore opportunities to optimize campaigns based on data insights, industry trends, and emerging best practices. • Manage and optimize budget allocation across campaigns to ensure maximum ROI. Collaboration & Communication: • Work closely with the product, sales, and customer success teams to align ad campaigns with business goals and product launches. • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, or partners as needed to enhance campaign performance. Compliance & Best Practices: • Ensure all campaigns comply with platform policies, industry regulations, and company guidelines. • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and ad operations. Requirements & Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on ad operations and performance marketing. • Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Tiktok Ads and other relevant platforms. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Excel and other data analysis tools. • Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and budget management. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
