Job Description

Position: Instrumentation & Control Engineer

Location: Mumbai & Chennai

JD:-

(B.E./B.Tech. Mechanical)

Candidate should have experience in Revamp/ Brownfield project in industries like refineries, fertilizers, petrochemicals, oil & Gas sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

Good understanding of P&ID
Strong knowledge of piping materials, components & fabrication methods. Able to prepare MR/ TBE.
Familiar with international codes and standards (ASME B31.3, API, ASME/ ASTM and IS)
Proficiency in piping design software (SP3D /PDMS / Ceaser-|l). Active participation in 3D model review etc.
Review of Layout, isometric drawing, Nozzle orientation, piping load data, MTO
Pipe thickness calculation, support design as per B31.3
Estimating pre bid piping quantity
Field verification for tie-in points & existing supports
Support to execution team during erection

This role requires strong technical skills, collaboration, and a proactive attitude towards learning and improvement.
