Photographer/Videographer/Editor

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a talented and creative Photographer/Videographer to join our retail team. This role involves creating high-quality visual content to promote our products, brand, and campaigns across digital and in-store platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about visual storytelling, understand current social media trends, and be able to capture the essence of our brand through engaging photography and video.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit product photography and videos for e-commerce, social media, marketing campaigns, and in-store displays.
• Collaborate with the marketing, visual merchandising, and e-commerce teams to develop creative concepts and content briefs.
• Manage end-to-end content production including lighting, styling, shooting, and post-production editing.
• Ensure consistency in brand aesthetics and visual identity across all platforms.
• Maintain and organize photography and video equipment.
• Stay updated on visual content trends, social media best practices, and emerging creative tools.
• Manage shoot schedules and coordinate with models, stylists, and other team members when necessary.
• Retouch and color correct images/videos to ensure optimal quality.
• Assist in creating behind-the-scenes content and video snippets for digital marketing.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong creative vision with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in photography and videography techniques.
• Expertise in editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of social media and e-commerce content needs.
• Knowledge of lighting, composition, and styling for retail products and lifestyle shoots.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma/Degree in Photography, Videography, Media Production, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in photography/videography, preferably in retail, fashion, or product-focused environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work in product, lifestyle, and video content creation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
