Content Creation: Shoot, and produce high-quality photos and videos for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, events, product launches, and more Pre-Production: Collaborate with account managers and creative directors to storyboard, scout locations, and organize logistics (equipment, permits, talent releases) On-Location Shoots: Travel to client sites, studios, and events; manage lighting, sound, and shot composition to match brand guidelines Post-Production: Edit and retouch photos (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop) and videos (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects), color-grade footage, add motion graphics, and integrate client feedback Asset Delivery: Organize, export, and deliver final files (optimized for web, social, broadcast, print) on schedule Equipment Management: Maintain cameras, lenses, lights, sound gear, and accessories; recommend new gear as needs evolve Creative Input: Stay on top of photography/video trends; propose fresh concepts and visual strategies to enhance our clients’ brand identities Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with project managers, designers, copywriters, and external talent to ensure seamless production and cohesive brand storytelling Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Commuter assistance Flexible schedule Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Shift allowance Yearly bonus Work Location: Remote
