Photographer & Videographer

Role Summary

We are seeking a creative and passionate Videographer & Photographer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for visual storytelling, is experienced in editing, and understands how to create content tailored for various social media platforms. You’ll play a key role in crafting compelling visuals that capture the soul of Cheshire Village and resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of the resort, guests (with consent), local surroundings, events, and daily life.
• Plan, shoot, and edit promotional videos, reels, short-form content, and stories for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Manage post-production editing: color correction, sound, trimming, and special effects.
• Collaborate with the marketing and hospitality teams to plan content aligned with brand goals.
• Maintain organized visual archives and file systems.
• Suggest creative ideas to showcase the unique experience Cheshire Village offers.
• Occasionally assist in livestreaming or drone photography/videography.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a videographer/photographer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in photo/video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, etc.).
• Familiarity with current trends in social media content and digital storytelling.
• Experience in shooting with DSLRs/mirrorless cameras and using gimbals, drones, or other stabilization equipment.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently.
• A creative mindset with a passion for travel, hospitality, and storytelling.
• Willingness to stay on-site or travel locally as needed.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in hospitality or tourism content.
• Basic graphic design skills (for stories, thumbnails, etc.).
• Drone license or experience with aerial photography.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
