Key Responsibilities

• Collect diagnostic samples (blood/other) from patients at home or on-site.
  
• Conduct

  rapid testing

  of collected samples where required.
• Ensure

  aseptic techniques

  and

  standard protocols

  during collection and handling.
• Accurately

  identify patients

  , verify identity documents, and match samples.
• Perform

  venipuncture and finger-sticks

  confidently and safely.
• Label, tag, and package specimens correctly as per medical requisitions.
  
• Maintain detailed

  records of collections

  , including patient data and test details.
• Clean, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment used in collection and basic testing.
  
• Follow proper

  waste disposal protocols

  and biohazard safety standards.
• Ensure specimens are transported safely and timely to the lab.
  

Who are we looking for

• Experience:

  3–10 years in

  Phlebotomy

  or related sample collection roles.

• Education:

  Diploma/Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT).

• Must Have Skills:

• Hands-on

  phlebotomy

  and

  sample handling

  experience.
• Strong knowledge of

  diagnostic tests

  , specimen labeling, and transport protocols.
• Familiarity with

  waste management

  in a medical setting.
• Good

  communication skills

  – verbal and written.
• Basic proficiency in

  computers

  and digital tools.
• Ability to

  handle patients

  professionally and with empathy.

• Mobility:

  Willingness to

  travel for home collections

  across assigned locations.
