Job Description

Job Summary:

Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Mathematics

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Mathematics to classes XI and XII, aligning with CBSE/State Board curriculum.
Provide rigorous coaching and concept clarity for JEE (Main & Advanced) and NEET aspirants.
Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, practice worksheets, and mock tests.
Identify student strengths and weaknesses and provide individualized support.
Use various teaching methods and digital tools to improve student learning outcomes.
Collaborate with other faculty for integrated learning and periodic assessments.
Monitor academic progress and maintain records of student performance.
Motivate and mentor students to achieve academic excellence.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings and academic planning sessions.

Qualifications & Experience:

Postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in Mathematics from a recognized university.
B.Ed. is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong coaching experience.
Prior experience in JEE/NEET coaching institutes or competitive exam training centers is highly desirable.

Skills Required:

Strong command of the subject and deep understanding of JEE/NEET syllabi.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Proficient in using smartboards, online teaching platforms, and assessment tools.
Ability to inspire high-achieving students and support struggling learners.
