Job Description Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient QA Tester with advanced knowledge of search engine functionality on both the front-end and back-end. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of APIs and JSON responses, experience with Named Entity Recognition (NER), and the ability to communicate effectively in Agile development environments. Key Responsibilities: Test and validate search engine functionality across front-end and back-end systems Analyze and verify API responses, particularly JSON payloads, for accuracy and performance Collaborate with developers, product managers, and data teams to ensure high-quality search results and user experience Create, execute, and maintain detailed test cases, plans, and scripts focused on search behavior and performance Leverage knowledge of Named Entity Recognition to validate search relevance and result accuracy Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives Document defects clearly and track them through resolution using appropriate tools (e.g., Jira) Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation strategies where applicable Required Qualifications: Advanced understanding of search engine technology (front-end and back-end) Strong ability to read, interpret, and validate API JSON responses Familiarity with Named Entity Recognition and its role in search platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills Hands-on experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Experience with QA tools and bug tracking systems Preferred Qualifications: Experience testing search platforms such as Elasticsearch, Solr, or similar technologies Exposure to automation frameworks and scripting is a plus Familiarity with NLP concepts or machine learning-enhanced search Show more Show less

Manage business listings across various online directories to ensure consistent and accurate brand information. Create and maintain brand mentions through strategic content placements and influencer partnerships. Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance, backlink profiles, and brand mentions using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc. Perform detailed technical SEO audits to identify and fix crawl errors, broken links, page speed issues, and other technical barriers to performance. Collaborate with the content team to optimize website content for SEO and align with marketing goals. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Identify new opportunities to enhance digital presence and implement innovative marketing campaigns. Coordinate with web development and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented on the website. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and others to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI. Qualifications: 5-6 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, link building, and brand promotion. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and backlink strategies. Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and similar platforms. Excellent communication and negotiation skills for outreach and guest blogging activities. Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
