Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative support, ensuring seamless workflow & communication. This role requires organizational & time management skills.
Responsibilities:
· Scheduling appointments, managing MD’s calendar & coordinating meetings.
· Drafting letters, reports, presentations & other documents.
· Organizing travel itineraries, booking flights & accommodation & managing travel logistics.
· Maintaining organized files both physical and electronic.
· Handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
· Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the MD's office, including managing supplies.
Qualification:
· Female candidate only.
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
· Previous Experience as a Personal Assistant.
· Proficiency in MS word & excel.
· Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational & time management skills.
· Ability to work independently & take initiative.
