Job Title: Performance Marketer / Digital Marketer

Location: Coimbatore

Experience Required: 3-5 years

Budget Responsibility: ₹1.5 – ₹3 Lakhs/day

Preferred Background: Digital Marketing Agencies or D2C/B2C Brands

About the Role :

We are looking for a data-driven and ROI-focused Performance Marketer to manage and scale our paid media campaigns across multiple B2C channels. You will be responsible for driving measurable growth through paid acquisition strategies, handling large budgets, and optimizing for conversions across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other programmatic platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and other high-performing B2C channels.
  • Manage daily ad spends between ₹1.5 – ₹3 Lakhs while ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Create full-funnel performance strategies, including prospecting, retargeting, and loyalty campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance using platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other attribution tools.
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
  • Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies based on behavioral and demographic data.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure creatives are aligned with campaign goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements :

  • 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience in paid media campaign management, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment or B2C-focused organization.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling high-budget campaigns with strong ROI.
  • Deep understanding of digital consumer journeys and conversion funnels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, YouTube Ads, Google Tag Manager, etc.
  • Excellent understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV and other key performance metrics.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with design, product, and content teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Prior experience in digital marketing agencies managing multiple clients or products.
  • Experience with performance marketing for D2C is highly desirable.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms is a bonus.
