What we are looking for: • Minimum 2 years of experience in running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). • Experience managing ad budgets from 1L/month to 5L/day. • Deep understanding of creative strategy, pricing psychology, and offers. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. • Problem-solver when it comes to account suspensions, payments, strikes, and all the Meta chaos. • Must be willing to work from our Ahmedabad office full-time. Bonus points if you: • Have experience in 5 or more industries like pet care, wellness, health, fashion, accessories, furniture, FMCG, etc. • Have worked with Shark Tank India brands. • Know how to run the backend show account setups, pixel fixes, API integrations
