As a part of the Dock Social team, you'll be integral to shaping our digital presence and driving measurable results through strategic social media campaigns.

Job Overview: We are looking for a versatile Social Media Manager cum Performance Marketer who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy while also optimizing performance marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, data-driven strategist, and a proactive problem solver.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Dock Social's goals.
  • Create engaging and shareable content across various social media platforms.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the digital landscape.

Content Creation:

  • Produce high-quality, engaging content for social media channels, maintaining Dock Social's brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and compelling multimedia content.

Community Management:

  • Foster and nurture online communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Implement community engagement initiatives to enhance Dock Social's brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.

Performance Marketing:

  • Design and execute performance marketing campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Utilize data analytics and insights to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • A/B test and experiment with different strategies to improve campaign performance.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze social media and performance marketing metrics, providing regular reports on KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
  • Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative, to ensure integrated and cohesive campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to the Dock Social table.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and Performance Marketer.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and content aesthetics.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and performance marketing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus
  • Shift allowance
