Our goal is to empower millions of Indians to secure their retirement and ensure they have the right financial support during their golden years. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Designer based in Bengaluru with some work-from-home flexibility. The Product Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs, conducting user research, and applying design thinking methodologies to develop effective product solutions. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams to iterate on product features, designing user interfaces and experiences, and ensuring the usability and functionality of the product. Qualifications Visual Design and Product Design skills Experience with Design Thinking methodologies Proficiency in User Research and UX Research Strong understanding of user-centric design principles Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field Experience in financial services or related industry is a plus
