Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Pega BPM applications.
Participate in architecture and design discussions to ensure efficient implementation of business solutions.
Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
Perform unit testing and support system and integration testing.
Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution of bugs or enhancement requests.
Follow Agile practices and participate in daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Experience Requirement:

4-8 years of experience in developing Pega applications.
Hands-on experience with Pega PRPC and frameworks.
Experience in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Strong understanding of Pega Guardrails and best practices.
Experience in Agile methodology and working in a Scrum environment.
