Job Description

We are conducting Face to Face drive especially for Pega Developer candidates this Saturday We are looking for an experienced Senior Pega Developer with 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Pega Systems, to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Pega BPM (Business Process Management) and Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business solutions using Pega technologies, while mentoring junior team members and working closely with business analysts to ensure efficient and effective application design and development. Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Pega-based solutions across multiple projects. Develop Pega applications and components, including Pega BPM workflows, PRPC rules, UI components, data integrations, and case management. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Pega developers. Collaborate with business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Perform detailed technical analysis and design for applications. Ensure solutions are built using Pega best practices and meet security, performance, and scalability requirements. Create and execute unit tests and support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT). Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pega applications. Participate in design and code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards. Optimize Pega applications for performance and efficiency. Work with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, Database, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery of the solution. Skills & Qualifications: Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience : 5-10 years of experience working with Pega PRPC, Pega BPM, and Pega technologies. Technical Skills : Expertise in Pega 7.x/8.x, Pega BPM, and Pega Rule-based process automation. Hands-on experience with Pega decisioning, case management, and data modeling. Experience with Pega Robotics and Pega Infinity is a plus. Proficiency in Java, SOAP/REST Web Services, and database technologies (SQL). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
