The candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in enterprise application development, with at least 1+ year of hands-on experience in Pega Decisioning and Pega Marketing.
Proficiency in PRPC architecture, Pega integration services (REST/SOAP), and rule-based development (Flows, Activities, Agents, Reports, Connectors) is required. Strong object-oriented design, adaptive/predictive analytics, and experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments are essential.
PCDC and PCMC certifications are mandatory.
The role requires collaborative problem-solving with business stakeholders and a strong ability to drive results independently.
