Key Responsibilities: • Manage company books of accounts and ensure timely data entry and reconciliations. • Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, Professional Tax, and Income Tax returns. • Ensure full compliance with all statutory tax requirements and deadlines. • Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and other financial reports. • Generate and manage invoices for clients and track payment follow-ups. • Handle payments to vendors, maintain proper bill collection records, and coordinate with vendors as needed. • Liaise with and provide necessary support to the company’s auditor during audits. • Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations and support management with relevant insights and reports. ⸻ Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter/Final preferred but not mandatory). • Proven experience in taxation (GST, TDS, etc.) and general accounting. • Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations. • Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar. • Strong communication skills for follow-ups with clients and coordination with auditors. • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity. ⸻ Preferred Skills: • Experience working with MS Excel, spreadsheets, and financial tools. • Ability to independently manage all finance-related operations in a small/mid-sized company. • Good organizational and time management skills.
