Implement robust internal controls, risk management systems, and scalable financial processes. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing finance and accounting team. Stakeholder Communication Serve as the financial spokesperson to investors, analysts, and stakeholders. Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to the Board of Directors. The role involves managing financial reporting, audits, taxation, compliance, and supporting budgeting and financial planning functions. The ideal candidate will be well-versed with IND AS, RBI guidelines, and overall financial operations within the NBFC framework.
