Job Title: Chief Financial Officer Department: Finance Role description: We are entering a transformative stage in our growth journey and are seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy as we prepare for a successful Initial Public Offering (IPO). This is a high-impact executive role with visibility across the organisation and with external stakeholders. Stakeholder Communication Serve as the financial spokesperson to investors, analysts, and stakeholders. Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to the Board of Directors. Build relationships with investment banks, auditors, legal counsellors, and other external advisors.
