PAS Tax US - Senior

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tax Senior to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience, a strong background in taxation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team. ### Roles and Responsibility Demonstrate high proficiency in tax technical knowledge and drive the tax return production process. Review all types of tax returns and other deliverables, ensuring accuracy and quality. Develop and supervise staff on technical, client service, and engagement management skills. Assist the Manager in engagement management and communicate directly with engagement teams in other offices. Proactively identify issues and recommend solutions, coaching and mentoring team members. Facilitate problem-solving and coordination, serving as a role model and spearheading by example. ### Job Requirements Effective communication skills, including articulation, thoughtfulness, and adapting communications to target audiences. Good systematic, numeric, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with EY teams. A graduate or postgraduate degree is preferred, with a strong foundation in accounting and taxation. Basic MS Office knowledge, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
