Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive Location: Bangalore (Work From Office) Experience Required: 12 Years Job Type: Full-time Work Timings: Flexible Hours Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Performance Marketing Executive to lead our paid digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn to drive quality leads and measurable ROI. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (CPC, CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversions) Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor benchmarking Collaborate with design and content teams to develop effective creatives and landing pages Track and analyze user behavior across campaigns using Google Analytics, UTM tagging, and other tools Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and suggest actionable improvements Coordinate with the admissions team to align lead generation with enrollment goals Stay updated with trends in performance marketing and EdTech space Key Requirements 12 years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools Data-driven mindset with a clear understanding of performance metrics Basic knowledge of CRM platforms and lead tracking systems is a plus Good communication and coordination skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred What We Offer Flexible working hours (Work from our Bangalore office) Energetic and inclusive EdTech environment Exposure to cross-functional teams and decision-making processes Real impact on student journeys and global education outcomes Opportunities for growth in digital and strategic marketing
