Job Description Position : Packaging Machine Operator Company : Astral Adhesives Limited Location : Dahej, Gujarat Experience Required : 13 years in packaging machine operation (Freshers with relevant technical background may apply) About the Role: Astral Adhesives Limited is seeking a skilled and responsible Packaging Machine Operator to run and maintain packaging equipment for adhesives, epoxy, or polymer-based products. The candidate will ensure smooth, safe, and efficient packaging processes while meeting quality and production standards. Key Responsibilities: Machine Operation: Operate automatic and semi-automatic packaging machines (e.g., filling, sealing, labeling, shrink-wrapping units). Set up machines for different product batches and changeover packaging types as per production requirements. Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot basic issues to avoid downtime. Maintenance & Reporting: Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor maintenance of machinery. Report equipment faults or irregularities to maintenance and production supervisors. Record daily machine operation logs, production counts, and downtime. Key Skills & Attributes: Hands-on experience with packaging machines in chemical, adhesive, or FMCG industry Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Understanding of packaging types (drums, pouches, bottles, etc.) Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs Ability to work in shifts and handle physical tasks Qualifications: ITI Certification 1–3 years of experience in machine operation (freshers with technical training can apply) Apply Now: Send your updated resume to ramesh.chaudhary@astralltd.com or contact via WhatsApp at 8353912032
