Overseas Recruitment Advisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Overseas Recruitment Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating international candidates for overseas placement, ensuring a smooth recruitment cycle while maintaining excellent candidate and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Overseas placements across various industries.
• Identify suitable candidates through various sourcing channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Educate candidates on job roles, visa processes, cultural expectations, and relocation requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and international clients/employers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients to ensure timely updates and smooth onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong database of candidates and client contacts.
• Meet monthly/quarterly conversion targets and report performance to the Recruitment Manager.
• Ensure all recruitment documentation and compliance are properly managed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
• Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in Overseas recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of overseas recruitment procedures and visa processes is an added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Goal-driven and ready to join immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
