Oracle HCM Consultant

You will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing system enhancements to improve HR operations. Your role will involve developing and testing system modifications, reports, and integrations based on business needs. It will be crucial to ensure best practices and compliance with Oracle HCM standards and HR policies. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 10 years of relevant professional experience and hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field. Additionally, you must possess strong experience in implementing Fusion Applications, with a minimum of 3 full cycles of successful implementations. You are expected to demonstrate a solid understanding of the Fusion quarterly update process and adhere to best practices for new feature adoption, testing, and change management. Proficiency in roles and security within Oracle HCM is essential. Excellent analytical and debugging skills are required for effective problem-solving in the Fusion Cloud environment. You should also have a good command of SQL, PL/SQL, and the ability to create reports in OTBI using SQL queries. Your role may involve participation in Pre-Sales activities and the drafting of technical proposals. Extensive experience in developing OAF extensions is a mandatory requirement. Furthermore, you should be capable of designing and developing customizations using Visual Builder, ADF, and Process Builder in OIC for Oracle ERP Cloud.,
